  • The conference will be held at Columbia Internation University, located at 7435 Monticello Rd, Columbia, SC 29203.

  • This conference is open to youth members from around the world. If you are attending alone, please do not worry. Our welcome and program teams will be available to receive and assist you upon arrival. For any questions or additional support, please contact us at info@csmcyouthus.org, and we will connect you with a fellow youth.

  • The retreat begins on Thursday, July 23, 2026, and concludes on Sunday, July 26, 2026.

  • Participants are encouraged to bring the following items:

    • Clothing and personal attire

    • Towels

    • Personal hygiene products

    • Snacks (optional)

    • Prescribed medication (if applicable)

    • Prayer gowns (and hats for female members)

    • Girdles

    • Bible

    • Anointing oil

    • Honey

    • Athletic wear for sports and recreational activities

    • Early Bird Registration: $275

    • Regular Registration: $330

    • Single Room (25 years of old +): $360

    The registration fee covers accommodation, meals, conference materials, and all scheduled activities.

  • The closest airport to the conference venue is:

    • Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE) – approximately 15 miles from the Columbia International University.

  • Shuttle service will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Please complete the Google Form -  to request transportation, and one of our transportation specialists will follow up to assist you.

  • Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to you immediately upon successful completion of your registration.

  • Yes, an installment plan is available. A $75 deposit is required to secure your spot, with the remaining balance due by July 5, 2026.

  • No, registration fees are fixed and apply equally to all participants, regardless of travel distance.

  • Yes, group registration is available. After clicking “Save Registrant,” you may select “Add Registrant” to include additional participants. Up to 10 individuals may be registered in a single group transaction.

  • Yes. Meals are included, beginning with dinner on Thursday and ending with breakfast on Sunday.

  • Yes, accommodation is included in the registration fee. Lodging is provided in suite-style housing, with up to four participants per suite. Suites are assigned by gender only. Roommate preferences may be indicated during registration.

  • No, all payments must be completed online through the official registration platform. If you experience technical difficulties, please contact info@csmcyouthus.org immediately for assistance.

  • No, all registrations and payments must be completed online in advance. If you anticipate challenges meeting this requirement, please contact us as soon as possible for guidance.
